What is Modular Construction?

Modular construction is a process in which a building is created off-site, under controlled plant settings, with the same materials and to the same norms and standards as conventionally built facilities, but in roughly half the time. Buildings are manufactured in “modules” that, when assembled on-site, represent the identical design intent and standards as the most advanced site-built complex – without compromise.

Fabricated Modular Buildings

Structures are constructed using two types of sub-structures:

Concrete – for permanent feel (minimum 100mm concrete base with no foundation)

Light Weight Steel Chassis – for semi-permanent feel (90mm roll formed lightweight galvanized lipped channel base frame laid onto a flat sub surface

Super Structures

Super structures are constructed using insulated panels. Panels are manufactured to any length and various facing materials and finishes are available with frost white as standard.

These panels have lifespan of 30 years before it needs to be repainted.

It’s a per-manufactured building, that is designed with shop drawings and manufactured in transported kit under strict quality control in a factory. The fabricated sections are then constructed on site, this drastically reduces construction time when compared to traditional building

This depends on the size of the house, but for average 120m2 home it would take approximately 4 weeks from order to completion.

Once client approved the design, then the client needs to sign off the drawing, quote and deposit to start manufacturing.

Our company currently construct up to 5 Levels, but can design more level if the need arises

Our prefabricated system is agreement certified, which means that it complies to the building regulations for fire, water, water penetration, acoustics, thermal resistance and quality management.

Have same lifespan as a traditional brick and mortar home.

Accepts cash, transfers or finance from the bank.

Placing of order. During manufacturing process, the civil works are done on site.

Then the fabricate goods are delivered on site and constructed including all finishings for occupation.
